Description of Whitlingham Outdoor Education Centre

Whitlingham Outdoor Education Centre is a purpose built outdoor activities centre in Whitlingham, Trowse on the outskirts of Norwich.

Funded by Sport England, The Big Lottery, and Norfolk County Council the £1.6m development offers a wide range of land and water based activities.

The Centre is located in Whitlingham Country Park which has over 280 acres of beautiful countryside that is a perfect spot for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and family outings. The park has cycle paths, a picnic meadow, and a visitors centre with a café, information point and toilet facilities.

Whitlingham Outdoor Education Centre and Whitlingham Country Park make for a perfect day out for all the family whether you want to get active or take it easy the choice is yours.
