Description of Rock Steady Adventure

Rock Steady Adventure provides a wide range of adventurous activities across Yorkshire and beyond.

With the best instructors in the industry, excellent equipment and well organised events our customer feedback is consistently excellent with many groups returning to try different activities.

The majority of our events are tailor made for specific groups so we can work with your pre course objectives to design in features of the event that ensure you get the most from the day.

In addition to thrilling experience days for young people, families and stag or hen parties we have experts who specialise in team building. They can work with you to define issues, set objectives and design team building activities to achieve your goals either as a one off event or a programme of activities over a period of time.

Any outdoor activity has an inherent level of risk associated with it - isn’t that part of the thrill we seek? At Rock Steady we pride ourselves on our safety policy and unblemished safety record thanks to our comprehensive risk assessments, highly qualified instructors, years of experience and high ratios of trainers.

The morning's rock climbing was challenging and loads of fun, then we went "bouldering" which was also ace.

After a very splendid lunch we got kitted up in wet suits etc (all the kit was top notch and well looked after) then abseiled off a really high bridge INTO the river!

Walking up the gorge was amazing and we had so many laughs in the fast flowing water.

All round one of the best experience days i've ever had and i have no hesitation in recommending the Rock Steady Adventure team to anyone else wanting a good out door experience in Yorkshire.

Not sure which of their activities we'll do next but we will certainly be back for more!

What an amazing day we had with the trainers from Rock Steady Adventure - their professionalism and obvious experience was really reassuring - even when dangling 80 ft up on a rope!

We did the rock and gorge day and will DEFINITELY be back for a guided mountain bike experience!

Top Tip: Trust them - they're ace
