“Coasteering and Gorge Scrambling”

A group of 13 of us spent three days with Clanadventures for a stag-do. Tom (our guide) had negotiated us a great rate at a really good campsite and set up all the tents before we arrived.
On the second day we went coasteering in Arbroath and despite a bit of rain and some choppy waters we had a great day with a mixture of climbing, swimming and cliff jumping.
On the third day we travelled to a river near Edzell to do more of the same, plus a bit of white water swimming.
We had a very 'mixed ability' group, but the guides managed to pick a route and activities in which everyone got a challenge and had fun.
Can't recommend them highly enough. Through the planning, activities and even afterwards when they posted videos of our weekend and provided lots of information on getting started with coasteering the service was exceptional. Great value as well!
Top Tip: Contact them to tailor your activities to exactly how you want. They were really helpful.

“Gorge walking: Perfect team building activity for a group of different abilities”

I would definitely recommend ClanAdventures. We were a group of different abilities and ages so trying to find a team building activity to suit everyone was always going to be tough but gorge walking totally fitted the bill and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. From my initial enquiry, through to booking the course, and on the day itself Thomas was always very professional, answered my emails promptly and gave me lots of information so we were well prepared. Feedback from the team was that Thomas was a great guide, who was very imformative and had a good sense of humour; all of which made the day enjoyable for all.

“Exciting and adventurous weekend”

We got this adventurous weekend as a wedding gift and we have to say - it was the best present ever! We spent one day outdoor climbing and abseiling and one day coasteering. We had so much fun and really enjoyed ourselves. We felt very safe, it was all well organized and professional.

As always. Here at ClanAdventures we no greater enjoyment than introducing people to new outdoor adventures. And This was made the more special as the weather was superb. And a big shout must go out to Sanca for doing the 12 meters jump at Arbroath. And to Marcel for doing the hole coasteering coarse without loosing his glasses. Fun time had by all and hope to see you again.....
