Once kitted out with wetsuits, helmets and boots, the group have a number of obstacles to negotiate whilst walking/wading through the riverbed. Its exilerating, cold & At times you will get very wet. You will need to help each other up small rapids through rock holes and follow the instructions of the leaders. At the end there is a large river pool where you can swim, jump or dive into the pool. This is one of our most popular activities. Even non-swimmers enjoy this activity.

Kayaking is the closed Cockpit Boat with a spraydeck a little more unstable than Canoeing, but much more manoverable and you can even learn to eskimo roll whilst learning the basics

We have our own 1.5 kilometres stretch of the river Elwy at our centre, and have access to 5 kms of grade 2/3 white water upstream, plus we can get in at our centre and paddle to the sea 7Kms away,
Perfect fo exploration of the beutiful scenary and D of E expeditions in canoe or kayaks.
We also can provide BCU/WCA qualifications in Canoe & Kayak.

Paintbal is still one of the most popular activities we do, Especially for groups we have designated ares for war scenarios, fight for the flag, pit your wits against other teams. Its just a blast.

You can Abseil off the main face or go off the free abseil over the cave. The Climbing teaches you how to climb safely learning Belay techniques as well as different climbing principles
