South Wales has some of the biggest caving systems in Britain, many of them are right on our doorstep. Caving involves exploring the magnificent subterranean world some of which is over 100 million years old.

You will be guided through many different passage ways suitable to your groups ability. Your experienced cave leader will ensure your confidence and interest will be raised, giving you an appetite for further exploration.

This is an excellent team building activity to promote personal development and self confidence.

Caving can be booked as a full or half-day activity with all equipment provided and instructor lead.

We offer a range of guided walks throughout the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains. Spectacular mountain views lowland and riverside walks to suit all levels.

All equipment can be provided for a day in the hills or camping for a longer trip. Snowdon and the mountains of West and North Wales are a popular destination for a weekend walking break.

Lazer tag is a safe form of shoot em up combat. The guns are lazer firing and cause no bodily harm. Play as a team or as individual, this is an exciting and energetic activity for all.

Played in the park's own woodland which provides ideal camouflage and cover. This is an exciting game safe for all ages.

Ever wanted to fly like a bird and experience the mountains from above, then air experience flights with a qualified BHPA tandem pilot is the ideal way to get a taste of free flight. These flights are of a instructional nature where you will learn about the construction of a paraglider, how it fly’s, how it launches and how it steers. Given good weather, our highly experienced pilots can take their passengers to the base of the clouds in comfort. Often we fly up to 4000 ft in Wales, far above the heights normally flown by other light aircraft, using only natural lift from the wind and thermals. In the right conditions, the passenger can assume control of the glider; or just relax, admire the view and take a few photos.

You don’t need to be especially fit to fly. Take off and landing involves running just a few steps and once airborne you sit back in a comfortable seat and perhaps lean a little to assist turning. We are able to take passengers weighing between 35 and 100 kg (5.5 and 16 stone). Those under 18 years old require written parental consent. You are fully insured during your experience and our excellent safety record speaks for its self.
